Home reared meat cutting facility
If you have reared your own animals, and wish us to cut and prepare the carcase, we are pleased to offer this facility.
We charge a cutting fee of 83p per kilo (69p plus V.A.T). Any ingredients used in the preparation of sausages, etc. will be an additional charge, plus any disposal charge for waste, (bones etc.).
All meat will be packed and labelled to your requirements.
If vacuum packing is required, a further charge will be made for the bags used.
